I want to ask other National techs. My boss gave me a pre-review telling me that I am only getting a 5% raise. Anyone else hear the say thing?

That is not a raise, it is the end of year bonus. Level 3 now CenturyLink does not pay increase yearly. The end of year review raiting is used to calculate what percentage of the bonus you will receive. Going on 5 years now without a pay increase, looking for another job.

I was a national tech from legacy level 3 in one of the Midwest states and last year I got my full 10%! Only to find out from my ops manager who was from legacy CTL that all national level 3 techs in our group got their full 10% but the the legacy national CTL techs in our same team only got 5%.
Last year was the last year that legacy level3 had to abide by what they had agreed with the legacy employees.
I didn't stick around to hear I wasn't going to get anything this year.
But after that manager told me that I said to him ...That's f—ed up!

Actually that’s not true. Last year I got 8%. I scored a 9.

you get a Raise ? it took me 10 years to go from 40 K to 48 K ! and one yr I had an " outstanding " review . Only 5 % .....he Only National techs I know that ever got over 2.5 % were Rocket scientists
