Feels like this company loves to shoot itself in the foot. JEP'D An order just to have the customer call me back finally to say they were told a tech would arrive 30 minutes after the late techs go home. And LRAC will not reschedule for a weekend. Self-Destruction Initiated.

They don't have the support staff working, don't want to take a chance of a system crashing, they have cut to the Marrow and those in positions not only don't have the experience but they have to set a appointment up for many of the Tech Support guys for help that must be on contract since we cannot get a hold of them in real time.
