Generally in bankruptcy and reorganization the old, existing shareholder lose all their money. The bondholders are the new owners in the company and swap debt for new equity shares. In some cases there is a provision where old, existing equity holder get a small sliver of new equity, but in this case it still would be worth very little.

You can join everybody else in class action lawsuit that Weatherford has screwed over the years. This company should have been dismantled years ago, but management in this company continued to fill their pockets while the people that actually kept the wheels turning got the good ole boot. Thanks for flying with Weatherford.
