Who controls Allstate?

Seriously. who is it that could possibly be so cunning,deceitful, greedy, and selfish that they think it is a o.k. To screw over so many loyal employees AND Americans like they do? Wut they r doing may be legal I am not sure but what I do know is it there actions are not ethical or righteous but pure greed. THEY do not care about there employees nor do they care about America and American citizens. They are just a small clique of greedy aristocrats who only pretends to caring about the commoners. the founders would be ashamed by what th company has become. get out before it is to late to do so .

They are currently forcing agents out and it is ugly. Agents who have invested in the agency for future retirement may not get out with a pot to pee. I agree that the company has no ethics.

Allstate is controlled by greedy share holder who don’t care about ethics or there employees. All they care about is making more profit. Why does Allstate CEO have a $17 million annual salary! That is almost 2-3 times the national average! He & many others should get there salary restructured so they less loyal employees can keep there jobs. It will never happens, the CEO is a greedy SOB just like the share holders!!

I totally agree with the above thread . However, I am a bit skeptical of what it means by getting out. Allstate has become so different from what the founding principle were like a decade back. They are just focussed on opening and outsourcing jobs and the CTO is a double agent. We need to hire somebody whose first language is English and is an American citizen by birth and not some naturalised foreigner who is sending all jobs overseas and banking huge bonuses as a result of cost saving.

You are an id–t. I worked 15 years for Alls_it and left for a company above them in market share. No arb agreements, btw the MRR is total nonsense I make pay not frozen in my position. The poster seems to not understand stock options of execs puts calls and look up the bonuses they could finance the health care I know have. The purpose of a bonus is not to exceed your salary by 100x and drive company into ground f over all your workers parachute out and all while read poems and goto Wallstreet preaching how much u care about your employees. I have friends who still work for Alls_it and trying to get them out of the downward spiral . It really is an at all time low I’m told by friends and I heard they froze pto after this MRR pay freeze BS which mgt wouldn’t share.

1wtf Is correct : there are a LOT of positions with Progressive and Geico get out NOW take your knowledge and run this fossil into ground where it belongs I am.

How bout those of us that were loyal and passed up opportunities -1wtf? Trust me I’m looking I’m embarrassed to work for what this company has become over 20 years, and it is greed. Btw turnover is all time high also millenials are getting trained and leaving for real benefits and I don’t blame them no one is holding them hostage you are correct.

I really do not understand these posts that say "get out before it's too late" like companies are holding you hostage or something.

If you are unhappy working somewhere, then go. No one forces you to stay.
