I've worked for a lot of health insurance companies. They're all the same. Productivity beats quality every time. They all talk about quality, but it's always about the bottom line. Always. Offshoring will continue until regulations are in place that don't allow it. It doesn't matter that the offshore teams aren't knowledgeable. UHC will take that chance. I don't trust employers to do right by their employees. Everyone is replaceable in today's society.

very true, just not sure how to get any attention on this,,,all of our data is going to India or elsewhere. and with technology the forefront of our existence, we will crumble. And now hospitals are laying off nurses and bringing in contract help from the Philippines and South Africa....God help us all
This insurance has staff still working there posting how awful it is not even talking about layoffs but discussing work conditions and exposing true morale issues. That means this place is the worst. Feel bad for anyone there!
