- 12 cents was the value of windstream stock this morning. TT has got to be proud of that accomplishment! how long are you gonna keep the doors open TT?

If you have a good bit I would recommend wiping with it. It is cheaper than TP so it should save you money. But you might want to wait. The bag probably has a great new plan; computer OS SW that probably could take it to a nickel.
I worked for a company that Windstream bought. I only lasted 10 months prior to resigning. We had techs that worked for windstream previously and put in their notice the very day windstream bought us. With no job lined up I thought it was crazy.....i now see why they flipped out the way they did. But I was making $90k when windstream bought us, they cut my salary to $70k, so i left immediately. They posted my job for $35k to backfill hahahaha. They did not get a single resume and my head count was lost within 2 months to a layoff.
I agree. Windstream has been paying people peanuts for years. I got much better pay when I left plus a huge reduction in stress.
"Get out if you can. At least try. A pay cut is better than no job at all"
everyone pays substantially better, this will not be a problem
So there goes any equity. Who wants to invest in this mess. Every time TT opens his mouth it's a lie.

Hahahaha. At 12 cents a share, you could steal over 8,300 shares of windstream stock and it would still be a misdemeanor! And that’s the truth!
Hahahahaha....Nice
Remember: Win values open and honest communication.
But they won’t include a thumbs down vote on company website stories, just a thumbs up button, for the managers to push while they sit around and wait for their free paychecks.
And, a CEO who would rather spend his time monitoring the company website & berate the employees for voicing their opinion, rather than doing his job and formulating a better business model.
I don’t know..... kind of seems like a prison. How many more employees will be made to walk the green mile before Christmas?
It was less about Windstream succeeding and more of a cash grab for the execs. And no point did they do whats right for the company, the shareholders, the employees or the customers. Their greed consumed them
Notice they quit calling it the 'Tony Thomas plan'.....wonder why he quit putting his name on these for all to see.
Actually hit $.011. I wonder if this was the plan all along. Then just walk away from Uniti and the network and move sd wan and officesuite into a few data center cabinets and start over. Buying CLECs and not consolidating could have only ended this way. This plan did not give windstream a chance to survive.
