People sweating like Clark Griswold waiting on that bonus check lol. If you work at Windstream I wouldnt be writing any big checks or making any large purchases.......you work for a telecom ponzi scheme, its time to get another job.

regarding get out now, or shut up: some people apply for every opening they find. That doesn't always result in a job. "leave now or else" is NOT a very productive attitude, unless you get lucky and called in for an interview somewhere else
