outsourcing continues, outsourcing precedes layoff- ACI of Oklahoma and with call centers in India is taking over a lot of the special handling, for example Impounds, Bankruptcy etc.
Yes! They are moving the Lewisville TX office this summer. No more departments to carry! Good luck. So so glad I got out!
Of course. The new Advantage is going to eliminate a lot of departments at Ally. It already started in Lewisville in December.
