The new CEO just started in Sep. It takes time to bring a failing company up to par. Some of u sound unrealistic in your expectations & I can't help but wonder if your giving as much as u expect to receive. If you r not part of the solution you r part of the problem. If you r that unhappy do something about it & leave.
