No it’s really not a great company period. Ex employee over 20 years in this game with this giant, honestly this site is a shambles, from the top down, inexperienced people only interested in making it to the next step on the corporate ladder, no focus, no understanding, no clarity, it’s just smoke and mirrors and one hand doesn’t even know what the other hand is doing and the most upsetting thing is it can’t adopt a single good idea and stick to it, NOV itself surely is the worst multinational O&G company in the field
Take off your rose coloured specs! NOV are looking to improve profit and reduce costs to achieve this, no loyalty to Greengate and would close it tomorrow if they could.
