Not sure about the 12th but expect big cuts based on some expensive consultants findings and their recommendations to help NOV become more profitable. Long term is not in the NOV dictionary.

I haven't heard of any changes. I heard a couple of weeks ago it was slated for the 12th and have not heard any different scenario
