It's not a jail....yet the Arkansas 5 needed additional money to keep destroying the workers lives and what remains of the company. Yep it is not a jail, it's much much worse!!
If it’s any consolation to you all working in small towns:
What you’re doing is really important and it’s honorable work to keep the phones on for the rest of us.
This is true, even if some of the company’s choices that you have to work around (bad gear, etc) were not honorably made.

There is nothing like being micromanaged by a manager that has NEVER done your job but can score you on it and if you dont go along to get along they start really nitpicking the sh– you do even though you been doing it years longer than they have.
A funeral home is a happier place than windstream.
I would say so. Man, I love having my manager work from home watching my every move. As soon as I turn the location off on my phone he calls and asks why he cant see me on the map. He says dispatch wont be able to assign me jobs properly. Even tho I talk to my dispatcher daily and he says they do not have access to view tech locations. So, they literally bought that tracking feature just so management can track you. Wtf us up with this place?!
It’s miserable because the CEO, TT, can’t weasel his way back to unity like he had planned after raping WS. After all, he came from there, and I heard someone say the other day that unity had promised him that if thing’s didn’t work out for him at WS, they would take him back. Also, ALL NOC jobs are going overseas in 2020.
