Does this mean Mr Salvino is managing to turn things around, and people are intrinsically happier?

what a useless company, things actually getting worse. Overtime has to be approved now by 4 layers of incompetent management, Managers dont have the time to approve requests for overtimene and travel for days/weeks. So it means revenue generating client work isnt carried out. Reducing profit and generating uneccssary paperwork.
Totally against Mike Salvino's silent running, happy customers, organic growth strategies.
I dont know why they dont use BIONIX and automation to approve all travel, and overtime requests and get rid off layers of management paid a load of money to approve request. This would streamline the company and make it effecient.
Morale is at rock bottom, Mike Lawrie or Mike Salvino its actually worse now.
