Any more info on cacs? There’s so many different cac teams would be nice to know specifics
Mandatory OT/flex time is smoke & mirrors
You'll be alright. Stop worrying about it and get off this site. We have mandatory OT that keeps increasing by the week, that's all you need to know on whether CACs are getting laid off. You'll be fine. People are angry and rightfully so but you don't know the full story to why some of these people were laid off.
No clue why you're so sure of that. My PA DSNP sup just got laid off for her team of care navigators. Yes, supposedly they're merging CNs with another department. That doesn't ease my concern about being laid off. We're just as vulnerable as anyone else.
Well I'm a CAC and most of my team has been moved to new areas starting Monday 12/9 so they should be safe, I'm still waiting to see where I will go since I wasn't a part of that but I was told I AM moving elsewhere. I'm sure CACs will be fine in the next lay off session.
