Anyone remember the days when we would compare our vehicles to competitors to see why Ford had so many more warrantee claims? I always wondered what happened to those 3 ring binders after they were delivered. Lessons never seem to of been learned.
Remember the Ford Probe / Mazda MX6? Somehow the Mazda had 70% fewer warranty claims than the Ford. So Ford does a nut and bolt comparison. The only difference we found was that Mazda manufacturing tolerances were tighter in all key areas, especially engine, transmission and suspension components.
Ok enough of a trip down memory lane.
Now it's the carpet catching fire! Smh!
