Their business plan is more layoffs and keep pocketing that money. So business as usual.
CEO and BOS do not worry about their greedy nature or low employee moral, you should not worry about timelines or costs. FOLLOW LEADERSHIP'S EXAMPLE.....ride it out to the end, quit stressing yourselves out. When there is something for all to work towards with goals and rewards specifically spelled out.......then you can re-engage.....would be a fool otherwise.
