Anymore layoffs today? Which departments were impacted yesterday? I saw M&R for sure....anywhere else?

Wish these posts had dates. I'm in M&R and getting laid off in Jan. Tried contacting several news sites, no one is publishi g anything about the thousands of layoffs.
M&R is a huge division so its not hard for a poster to be anonymous. How many in M&R were impacted? This is actually a cost to the public that Medicare and our representatives should consider when approving Medicare Advantage plans this year. Call your representative.
Did I hear this group outsourced tons of jobs to Ireland recently for the "tax break"? Who is regulating this M&R group as they are going out to the public government and asking for reimbursement every year?

You do know that your team is small and makes it dangerous to be posting here with that level of detail. I am assuming you are a coordinator based on your post. Please be careful.
Multiple directors, managers and medical directors laid off from the National Inpatient Care Management team.
CNS duals is all states that they have contracts with. We all worked different states, so NOT one specific state for that department. And there were some layoffs in that department.

I do not think this is appropriate to address.... It isn't ONE state that is affected nor one LOB!! Your comment shows lack of empathy for those that have been let go as well as the lack of common courtesy. If you haven't been let go and are commenting like that it is very disheartening to see someone like you still has a job with so many having been let go!! I understand it is frustrating not getting answers from anyone in management but do not come here and throw around derogatory names to those that have been affected!

The National letter team was impacted. The Director and some of the supervisors were let go yesterday.
C&S? Again, it has been asked, but what state?
Optum Enterprise Analytics- FW&A, Subro, COB all hit. Seem to be hitting upper level leadership the hardest. Big meeting today to go over the “New org chart”. Mentioned that we are safe “as far as they know”, but I don’t think anyone (even management) is feeling too safe. Everyone is terrified. Meanwhile I’ve brushed up on my resume!

C&S director, manager, supervisor and all LPNs were laid off as well yesterday

Heard there were dozens let go yesterday.
