Things have gotten even worse at my location since the last survey! I wonder if they have gotten better at other locations? I highly don’t it. Company must need reassurance that yes most of hate this company.

I am not sure anyone loves the company. Well maybe some of the newer folks who have never worked for the “old” UP. These are the folks UP seems to be catering to. Forget seniority, experience, and loyalty on any front at UP. Does not matter!
You can fill out all of the surveys in the world and the UP goal of a 55 operating ratio still will not change.
Dude, they’re rated the worst company in America I think they know they s—. There really isn’t much need for debate or research. But if it makes you feel better fill it out.

1st off they truly dont give a $#it about the surveys. Its an absolute waste of time. 2nd if you hate it so much quit. Find yourself a better job were your treated like a person than a number. Dont get comfortable there. Nothing is going to change for you for the better.
