Good luck with that OPTUM. Based on the article, if true, they have no foot to stand on. The only thing OPTUM/UHG are afraid of is ABC showing other big employers that if they group and stand together, UHG loses. No more making the middleman rich.
I hope he did take their trade secrets. The amount of karma this company deserves can't even be put into words....
