This is a Black Friday sale. Mgrs didn’t even schedule heavier than normal today. Sad that this what BN has become.

Agree. Barnes’ Black Friday “sale” was lame. Used to be one of our first stops.
Yes, I do realize that and I normally shop indie bookstores to get signed editions. I just meant that normally that’s BNs big draw because their other holiday sales aren’t that impressive. -shrug-
You do realize that the signed copies are not exclusive to BN only. All bookstores (independent bookstores) can get them also.
Why did the signed editions come out so early before Black Friday? There’s nothing else interesting—no extra cool sales—so what’s the point of shopping there on Black Friday??
We were so slow. Mgr sent people home. Stick a fork in us, we’re done !
