This site was created by the Plaintiff bar that specializes in employment law. They monitor this site constantly. I would think if there were actionable practices at a company, they’d be all over it. Get it ?
The point is, if there was a viable, winnable case, they’d be lining up.
Lots of starving attorneys but very few with deep pockets to take on a company that's known to drag things out 10 years.
Lots of desperate, starving attorneys out there. If they’re not returning your calls, it’s because some company’s have a reputation about doing reductions by the book. That means they’re careful not to discriminate, particularly protected classes, meaning age. I’d be surprised if Allstate was stupid enough to put assets at risk by making a mistake like this. Good luck finding an attorney to take this on full contingency.
I believe The more we have in numbers to start filing complaints the better
I’ve tried to blow the whistle.,, not getting call backs from attorneys yet, it’s frustrating!!
