All stole home and appear to be safe. They are in each others way in the ME office and stare at the shop grid all day long doing nothing. 3 people tell you the same thing to do every single day while running each craft to death working on multiple units per shift. They took payroll dudies away because they couldn't do that right, they can't approve vacations, and now they don't have to lead exercises. What is the purpose of having this many people for a crew that is so small you ask? Oh, but they can hand you the sign in/out sheet, respond to radio checks, and tell you the temperature outside. I guess they do serve a vital purpose!

They arent getting ready of any of their management. Just looks on the NS job page. They have over 50 management jobs open they are looking to fill. Not a single craft job though.

The bosses are here to enforce 100 percent rules compliance, and to make sure we perform are jobs efficiently, so we can yield more returns for our “ shareholders “
we catch them peeking at us all the time and its pathetic and funney at the same time
we have 4 "bosses" for about 20 workers and believe me none of us can figure that one out

Supervision at SCX is a complete joke! Don't forget the Tazewell effect!! It's very effective!
It`s not a bad idea. If you check their website, there is not a single craft job posted, but they do have almost 50 supervisor jobs posted on there. Absolutely unreal.
I am currently out of service but dont worry I have been doing alot of thinking ( and drinking ) and I have a masterful game plan to save you all just as soon as i return to work !!! See i use to hate supervision and then one day i decided if you cant beat them than join them so I did and it's been marry-jo-wonderful the best thing I ever done, so here is my advice go into management asap we have room for atleast 3 more in the office. It's a great time in there we share hunting and fishing stories we talk about the real workers when they cant hear us oh it's a blast and I'm not just blowing smoke well...... well I got to go stir me another drink and my delivery man should be here soon you all take care see you soon !! 🍻 🌬
At least their not walking a mile thru the woods and hiding in the bushes to watch and try to find you do something wrong so they can get a write up. It was get the work done any means neccesary now its back to thumping the rule book and make up rules this year.
