I have heard that 8% will be the average. Can anyone confirm?

No raises. Lay offs.
Finance has booked 1% average for Merit increases, so not going to keep up with inflation. People first.
It may possibly be the 'average' but only payable to those attaining A or B on their school report. I would bet my last buck that A's and B's will be rarer than hens' teeth. I would also bet that any non-manufacturing pay rises are due north of 8%. Wake up sheeple.
It is completely demoralizing that there has been no pay raise for couple of years. No sure how to stay motivated and get work done
If u in their league .50 Yes u will have it. If not, continue to apply just in case
I got A or B from 2013..... and my f—ing salary did not change at all from 2013...... including this year...and trust me I am not at all in the range of fat salaries ....so increase of salary in slb could be b—s—...
Wow 8% havent had that total in 12 years . Goodluck. Global headcount up but not in north america. Do the math . Lol. Be happy you have a job
Lol good luck with that. SLB's mentality towards workers is "you're lucky we're even allowing you to work here. SLB is the greatest company to ever exist. You're welcome for the opportunity we have provided you." You might get a 2%-3% pay increase this year if you haven't gotten a pay raise in like 5 years. SLB's way of saying "you're welcome."
If you not in the league ,dont worry about it.
8% for non-exempt.....dream on fanboy.
Zero chance that happens.
Yep, what he said. Hope in one hand and ....
Would be a morale booster if it was true, but I don't see how SLB could afford it while still in terminal decline and still paying the old boss more than the new boss.
