For carepass. All my regulars have it now. How do I hit the goal of 3 per day when we can barely get 1 now? And FYI. My store did hit our target for 2019

Same here. Over 1200 sold this year. Everyone still trying and keep hearing I already have it.
Larry Merlo should have attended the "Wharton School of Business" before he became CVS's CEO.
Then, he would known what he was doing in his position, but he didn't, and everyone is left with a mess.
Don't worry about it. It is a lousy way for any Company to increase their margins, and they are saying 60% to your P&L. BS. Just concentrate on customer service, as you know it, and business will take care of itself.
