the US HC S&L Product team is losing key resources. Struggling to fill many positions, key resources are leaving in droves. Some being pulled out by those who were pushed out !
They see the writing on the wall, with the soon to be announced spin-off/sale for this business unit.
US HC and SL have very very strong numbers - it would thrive on its own as long as there was experienced leadership from within this sector, they put in programs to hire and retain and reward dedicated staff and regain the clients confidence by committing to not continue gutting the employees that support them. Clients have been complaining about the turn over and the quality of staff that the accounts are forced to hire from resource centers, or just forcing low ball salaries for client facing resources. Also concerned about another spin/merge purchase or whatever ends up happening. FIX IT - this is strong solid long term business with good profits
Mike and Mike show ended with same old BS. Spoils from HHS S&L spin-off to be used to perk up stock price, investor returns... while employees (I mean bodies) continues to slog without any pay raise!
Don't see an option for this unit to survive on its own. Its going to be an Investment Fund, acquire/hold for a couple of years, then sell for a profit. Pocket the gains and move on...
The future of US HC & SL is honestly up in the air. It's a good thing that it won't be part of DXC. It's always been a bit of an outlier. Seems to have better and more caring managers at least to a certain level. If it gets spun off, it's probably good and they can forge their own path. But if it gets eaten up and absorbed by another company, all bets are off.
