Exactly. Keller is part of the problem. Have you heard him talk to people? All of these executives just care about what there bonus will be. They don’t care about anything else. Me being furloughed means nothing I’m just a number.
It’s a puff piece intended to make it seem like they relate to the employees, it’s all a part of a ruse to placate the bad employee surveys they received. Someone in one of the many hourly conference calls or meetings probably thought it was a great way to address the “issues in transparency” that was brought to light instead of actually fixing the massive issues properly, they’ve decided to stick more duct tape on one of the massive holes that have started to tear in this toxic, pathetic, and disgruntled company environment they’ve created.
