So where are all of those laid off? What departments and jobs? When did this occur? If this site is not just rumors. Keep in mind of all the thousands UHC employs. Is there anyone recent? I was going to say you don't have to be specific but since you're no longer employed, UHC can't do anything.

It’s NOT ALL random guesses. You sound like typical management within this regime! Always, faulting the employee but, NEVER them. Who cares if so called “upper management” knows about this site now, they are aware that the employees are prepared! The place is a JOKE and so is management !
Even if they would be aware of this site, I can't see any upper management changing their decisions and styles due to a website that is mostly based off of rumors and random guesses.
They are aware of this site and are probably switching things up.

Im just as anxious as you to know but after speaking to other individuals all i can say is everything will be ok and no layoffs will happen, if at the end we do end up getting laid off it will probably be for the best, a stable job is what is needed as well as coming to work and being here without fear.
