Beefed up security at HE for Tuesday. Not a good sign at all. And not that there's anyone left at HE anyway. But for those who are, expect a box to be on your desk when you arrive, or shortly thereafter, depending on your pay grade. This is it.
The remaining stores will survive until inventory runs out, but TransformCo can't afford to keep the HE complex open any longer. It will be shuttered by the close of business Tuesday.
Good luck everyone.

Hoffman Estates is a village, not a city, but other than form of government I think the two are completely analogous in Illinois. The next step up would be Cook County, not any other local city or village.
On yes the palace on th prairie.
FYI Hoffman Estates is a city. Prairie Stone is a business park the dung heap known as Sears's H Q is located
I wonder if the City where Hoffman Estates is is getting ready to seize the property for nonpayment of property taxes!!
Eventually the security will leave after being stiffed on their payment.
Going to guess this post is full of c-ap since usually this board gets very active when there are exercises going on (though since there are so few people there anymore who knows). It would surprise me today, however, since usually they conduct these exercises near the end of a pay period – I was part of the round on 11/13, before that the exercises were 8/28-29ish. Now since next Wednesday is the 15th, I could easily see things happening then (or two weeks later on the 28th/29th).
Eddie is too busy hiding under his desk in his cave to make an appearance at HE.
I rather see Eddie pack his box and leave Sears. The man is a financial disaster.
How do you know there will be more security tomorrow are you part of the security company
The boxes are not put on the desks
Personally I am looking forward to a long ,successful and prosperous career with Sears
"depending on your pay grade” Eh?
Three stooges?? More like the Three Headed Hydra Monster.
I would pay good money for video footage of the cucks being marched off campus carrying boxes of their personal belongings. Good luck with your job search, Kenny!
What costs? Eddie skips out on paying property taxes anyway, and three stooges can keep the lights on with all the unpaid contractor and vendor invoices. He can fund the army of SYWR data geniuses that are sure to make back the billions he's lost with Craftsman royalties. HE still has aways to go before the final hoedown
