This Thursday is going to be another cheerleading season. Don't waste your time attending, here are the cliff notes:

still no WARN ACT notice. I find this really puzzling. The majority of the business model involved layoffs and now when in BK when this tactic actually makes sense, there is no major decisive action. So bizarre. I think that must be the only skill they really have, how to reduce workforce without triggering the Warn Act. I think this must be where most of their brain power is going.

That's a good one! We already lost 2 customers that in total had over 10,000 locations!
They had a clause in their contract that states if you go into ch 11 we have the right to end our contract! and they did!
So WIN has turned yet another corner. So many corners, they are now going in circles.
Pretty sure it will be Monday the 13th. Gives TT something “empathize” about and rally everyone else into thinking they didn’t get let go because they’re really special people!! And we really need you guys to hunker down now, get this work done, and be part of something greater than yourself!! LOL

No one should show up or log into the remote conference, just more BS while millions roll into his bank account.
Going to announce if your upper management in Colorado that their giving them a 1 way pass down the slope to never return. Wait that makes too much sense Lil T will add them as count of subs needed for Kerp stating it's same as 3 months free internet.
Can they expedite these layoffs. I have a ton of work that needs to complete and since I am unworthy of any sort of incentive I prefer to leave it for others that are incentivized to complete. That's my 2020 plan!!

Stack rankings died a few years ago at all of the large tech companies. Even after the Amazon debacle in the NY Times they eventually folded. Not everything can be told by states! when I worked in the NOC about 2 or 3 companies ago our best tech had the worst stats! Why do you ask? because he was stuck with everyone else issues.
I guess we are behind the times. There have been times over the past few years I wouldn't even hear from my manager for weeks or months. I have a bad feeling alot of good people are going to get let go on the 15th.
I've heard 2nd or 3rd week of Jan will be another cleansing. Management has been doing the 'stack rankings' again. that's usually to cut the bottom performers. but if they keep cutting, everyone will be a bottom performer eventually.
Uncle Tony is hosting a magic show during that day.
The main trick is making large sums of money disappear, after he makes thousands of employees disappear.
Hearing layoffs
Going to guess we are going to have RIFs either 1/8 or 1/15. Management is doing reviews of groups and seems to be looking for cost reductions to remove nonessential staff.
The extreme guilt and constant need to look over their shoulders has made the LR5 think twice and they plan to share their ill gotten gains with all Windstreamers. The are doing this so they can stop fearing the employees that continue to carry an unfairly placed burden....basically the rest of the company
