New to Intel Information Security < 1 year, now reaching ability to look for jobs elsewhere in the company. Can I expect the senior leadership in other organizations within Intel are more professional? What I have initially encountered is cut-throat, rude and uncomfortable in their skin senior leadership. I feel protected and valued from my immediate manager however others are seemingly mental cases. Is it worth it to move with Intel or outside of intel?

Haa, Haa so true. Most toxic company in all of tech.
Wow great link that is pretty fitting to be the #1 most toxic job in all of tech, some competition in that pool too
I have worked in different companies for 15+ years. I took vsp deal in 2016 after working in Intel-graphics and now work for a competitor.
Different groups in Intel have different cultures but my stint at Intel stands out as the absolute worst with other companies not even coming close- worthless, clueless bosses (almost bricks) and the worst culture. Anyway, I was happy they gave me vsp.
Take what you get, stay till it is convenient for you to leave and then just leave!

"Intel led the way with 48.57% of employees answering that their workplace environment is not healthy."
Get the knowledge and experience to jump to a better gig inside or out. No, you can't count on better management elsewhere or up the chain at Intel. It's a c-ap-shoot and most managers are bad. Plus there's no way for you to give them feedback without limiting your career there.
Leave Intel now. It has no future.
Find a new job with another company.
Bad bosses are everywhere, and this culture revolution may take a long time... If you have a good boss, you may want to stick with him a bit longer. But if the right opportunity is already available though, for both career and compensation growth, would be good to get your trusted managers take and they should be able to steer you into the safest of waters among these many sharks. If you are competent you will always rise to the top of the cut throats.
