Wondering should I expect Windstream to get me a W-2 mailed in a timely manner or do have I to pull teeth for it?
Considering it took 2 months to get me a desk phone when I worked there, I don’t have much faith.
Feb 1st is the deadline for when they have to be mailed out by. -It's the law- Most places get them to you by the 1st, if not a day or two before.
I had no trouble getting mine

The IRS doesn’t care if they’re bankrupt or if the dog ate their homework.
Windstream brass will feel the pain if they don’t comply.
Check the IRS website - if you don’t get yours by a certain time, they can help.
By the mail, I’d say you will get it first week of February.
