Why bother with trying to vent on here when they take down any thread that has management in it.

They don’t take down harsh posts as long as specific individuals don’t have grounds to sue.
Also, there are the usual common sense reasons, too. No racism, p—hilia, inciting criminal behavior, etc.

The site-owners don’t want legal problems. Identifiable individuals can sue.
@12PmXZ5b-1skw is right. It comes down to this: don’t swear, don’t name names or post other identifiers, don’t throw insults and you’re good.
Need to make it as impersonal as possible. Most will know who you're talking about.
