You Can't Training

Now we have to be trained on You Can't. Just another step to be able to punish us for not being able to meet the You Can't quota.
How do you sell to someone who hates the company? Your out because they've been down for days or even weeks and they're p-ss-d but oh, how about letti g us upgrade your speed? Oh, that's right, we can't even make your measly 5 Meg run full speed.

Manage to sell something and they always find an excuse not to pay. Flat lie about not making a sale and then you get the install ticket. You call them on it and oh, we will check into that, and not another word.

I have sold so many Ethernets and not gotten paid for a single one. You finally get tired of trting to get paid. Just another crooked system.88

You Can is broken, I stopped tracking them because it’s not worth the money for the hassle. Hopefully a new leads program is created that works for technicians and actually pays.

You can say the truth, but you cannot break the site rules, otherwise site admins nuke your posts.
The rules can be found in the footer, but it basically comes down to this:
Keep your posts kosher and stay away from naming names and you are safe to post.

Btw, there are literally thousands of forums here, one for every major company, so I seriously doubt mods here delete posts based on those companies’ wishes. I suppose, if it was up to them, this site would not exist at all.

No sir. Anything that cuts them deep or if you call someone out, they have it removed nearly immediately. So sugar coat it and don't use names and you might be alright. They hate to see we know the truth.

Fighting for your sale is nothing new. When retail stores shut down in all regions made it almost impossible to get help tracking sales. I still think the 40 something states faced with huge fines and settlements for hidden billing fees is a disgrace to the people of this company and industry let alone the legal fees fighting all this mess that will follow probably for years to come.

Yeah the death benefit thing s—s. Rhey want you to sign am affadavit amd submit proof you live with someone as a domestic partner if you are not married just to leave them your insurance money. And then they fight you. They fight you a lot. I dont see where its any of their business who you leave money too.

As far as proving you have a domesric partner, i think thats just another scam to make you pay their penalty for not being on their insurance.

As another old-timer Max was almost the end of me too. They lost a lot of good people because of Max and cutting the standby pay. I don't think they realize how many people left because of the standby pay but maybe that is what they wanted. I considered going but I stuck it out because I saw everybody else felt the same way as I did.

Now however, the newest thorn in the side is the insurance scam. You pay all kinds of money for insurance on the flexcare oh, but you can't leave death benefits to anybody other than a relative. That puts a guy like me in a bad position when my whole family is dead and I am the only one left. So now I have a couple hundred thousand in life insurance that I can't leave to anybody because of this c-appy companies policy. What a joke.

Guys, been gone over a year now, worked outside as a service tech central Florida, Ocala district. I really miss my work and my people. But I do not miss the company. I was able to deal with change for 38 years no problem, MAX seemed to be the k–ler for me.

Yessir. I sold 50k worth of equipment to a customer who was going somewhere else. Should have been a big payout. Nope. The sales rep talked to them about that THREE YEARS AGO so it doesn't count.
Sold metro-e to a govt acct. Came back, no funds. I get the order to install it. I ask questions. We'll get back to you. Never.
Then they have the balls to try to make you sell it. Guess What? Guy who sold 0 got same STI as guy who sold 20+ that year. All a scam.
