Here is how it should read;
Proviso has laid off 4 foremen (no S needed it is already plural), 10 machinists (S is needed to make this plural), 10 electricians and 2 M.S.O.s.
When you write without proper grammar, it demonstrates to the upper echelon that we as laborers are uneducated and dispensable. By you posting this multiple times, it verifies that you are stuck in a rut. Get out of the rut and find a solution to your own individual circumstances. There are many new jobs in different companies.
