I was laid off while on short term disability. This company does not care about it's employees. More upper management than executers. A company of good ole boy slaps on the back and bringing in their buddies for high paying positions!!!

So sad, i tried for years to get hired here and there is no job security and goals that are very hard to obtain and constantly changing. Disappointing and the writing is on the wall. How proud the upper people must be to lay off people but still get huge bonuses. Shame on you.
It is a right to work state but if you have a predefined label with a disability, it would be a lawsuit in the making. However, if you are just disabled at the moment then you are not covered.

Optum360 leadership is a joke. They set up a failing business model with grossly inflated revenue expectations that were not ever possible to achieve. Now they’re getting rid of good long term employees. I was so proud to work for Optum. Not anymore. What a shame. They aren’t done. A vp friend told me last week more rifs in optum360 business unit in January.
That's a double whammy. Stay strong.
