I know things haven't been that great lately, but even with everything that's been going on this is still one of the best retailers to work for. Don't be rash in making your decision to leave - I did and I'm now regretting it and looking for a way back.
So just look at your options really well before you decide to leave...
Beats the hell out of working for Lowe’s. You guys want Marvin back? We tried JC Penney’s and they said they would rather close and furlough employees than take him back; what do you know they closed up and furloughed employees.
I can totally agree! I have been working With Home Depot for years and I have never worked for a company that actually cares about their employees the way they do. There are many I know who think, the grass is always greener on the other side and quit, but they always want back. This is the most positive company I've ever worked with and are all about the employees and their growth.
