No matter how hard I tried, this had me in a bad mood. It's really sad when work affects my personal life like this. Anybody else had similar issues?

Yep, time to get out. This whole thing called Optum is going to implode. Profits over people- workers, patients, providers and now a criminal for a leader (go look at his GSK history). This is not living, it's robbing Peter to pay Paul.
When you feel like this, it's time to leave a company. Living in fear and sadness isn't living. Make a resolution to find a better environment for yourself. You are in total control.
They are basically destroying ones livelihood, making them feel lost at sea. It will take time to rebound.
