Do you think management is getting ready to start off the new year with a bang?

OP: Each month will be a little bit worse than the one before it until they meet their metrics. What happens then is anybody's guess, but I don't think the agreement fantasy of having the entire railroad collapse is going to happen.
Anyone who isn't already looking for another job should start now.
600 more to storage
It’s gonna happen, so stop asking! Just prepare for it and don’t get caught short! Nobody is safe, this company isn’t safe from itself, it’s a bomb that’s about to self destruct. If you don’t have 20 yrs seniority....THEN EXPECT IT!
Some are. Most are not.
Most managers are starting off the new year hoping they can find a new job and quit right after they receive their meager bonus 😆
Yes, February will show milder temperatures than January. However, those milder temperatures will boost moisture upward creating significant risk of heavy snows throughout most of the US. Early forecasts indicate many parts of the country will experience record level snow with Northern Florida experiencing record level snow as well.
I think February, rather than January, is the month to worry about.
I stopped worrying months ago. It ain’t worth it If they get you they get you
Below normal temperatures and precipitation. Night skies will be mostly clear, resulting in the lower temperatures. Late January will show an increased risk of snow with heavy accumulations in some areas.
Paid stress leave... do it.
I think management is getting ready to start off the new year by working the whole month of January with no off days. All vacations cancelled. “We’re behind because of the holidays we need all hands on deck. That’s what we pay you the big money for.” 😂😂😂😂
The 3 things they will be out looking for are
1 -cell phones
2-smoking
3-sleeping
3 strikes your out now - so beat them at their own game / even when management break everyone of these rules on a regular
I'd personally lie if I said I wasn't worried.
