This was management’s original request which didn’t fly with the creditors.
The correct dates are 4/22 and 6/22
For everyone that hasn't figured it out yet, let me spell it out for you:
The board realizes its over and have thrown in the towel on trying to keep win afloat. We will never be able to compete. The CEO isn't your enemy. Although his motives are personal, he is in the same situation as you. He needs to keep the doors open so he can make money.
Everyone knows that once this thing goes to trial, the company is done. It will be dissolved. Pieces will be put up for sale, and if they are lucky enough, find someone who wants to invest in diminishing returns. Those pieces certainly will not be sold with employee baggage attached.
So, Everyone left at win should jump for joy every time they push the date back.

I wish upper management knew how many good people have quit due to that acquisition.
