So they decided to completely sc-ap the new Emerging repair group they made earlier this year after destroying all the technicians moral in the group and over working all of us. I guess someone above making millions didn't like the director and removed him?

Another year and another KEIP/KERP incentive plan for the id–ts that ruined the company. Bonuses for people who cannot figure out how to make a profit after 5+years of being in charge. Immoral, unethical, and certainly NOT illegal. WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK!!
They tried to move any talent that we did have to that team. Those people started to get headhunted and have moved on. Now we are left with the bottom of the barrel!

Management has given up. Last team meeting my manager stressed to “stop caring so much” and to just make sure you are always running a job in ETA or you will be next to lose your job.
Ole Tony and the Cronies have petitioned the court to add Keip AND Kerp for 2020. Even put a slide that shows neg percent loss in every revenue category as measuring stick. 151 uppers got approx 14k average for KERP and bout 750k for fantastic 5 in 2019. Need new board need new Mgmt need Judge drain to open eyes. WS is the worst manged company with a bunch 302 knee pads.
