This doesn't matter. Whitehead was at scx the day of the Sept. layoff. He said the quality of locos the shop put out didn't matter, location was key.
I found out who Adrian's reliable source is. I spoke with him. He said one shop closing in 2020, the slop shop, wrong way Conway.
no work going to Conway. the shop count was actually reduced beginning of Dec. we are in the slow roll to reduce locomotives. actually the 2020 plan is to park 1000 more locomotives and the jobs with them. the 2021 plan is off track so 2020 will be a tough year for all of us. Adrian isn’t a RR worker. post some facts to prove it.
