Firing employee2s in behavioral health

I read here that they fire anyone in behavioral health depts who have any issues with mental health. Aren't they just further marginalizing the very people they are getting rich off helping? 20% of people have experienced anxiety or depression etc issues. If the very treatment they facilitate isn't enough to help most people then what's the point? Do they believe everyone with mental health struggles belongs on disability and Medicaid? Ironic since 1 in 5 of their staff overall take some type of med for mental health.

I’ve been off since July for anxiety and depression all because of the job. I’ve been with UHC for 11 years in a different department. Did great was even promoted and had done presentations to senior management. But after transferring to an area that I thought would be challenging: You’re not giving the appropriate training I was not meeting matrix and almost daily was told I was going to be put on correct action plan: each day my anxiety got worse to the point that I was having severe anxiety attacks including chest pain. I’m saying all this b/c. I’m returning next week - and another person that started at the same time has already been laid off. I would hate to get laid off but it would be better than getting fired been 65 and only hit me five years till retirement,
