Didnt even get through training of a new dept. Ran into a fellow trainee while out interviewing for jobs who was also fired. This place is ridiculous. Hired the day of the last layoffs. Should have known better. Waited a month unemployed to start training then let go after 5 weeks. Be very careful Mary Kraft agency hired 70 people on contact planning to cut the group down to size.

It was through Mary Kraft on contract for the new behavioral health optum Maryland Medicaid claim processing dept. They told me the position was expected to last a year and at that point we were expected to apply directly. I ran into another gal that was older who was also fired and told she wasn't keeping up. Ironically they didnt issue her a laptop and she had to look on to someone else's during training. Weird. Ya know?
Were you guys just temp employees for AEP? They do this every year but the people onboarding know its just for a few months and maybe a few get a full time offer afterwards.
These position were in Duluth MN. Mary Kraft agency filed them all very quickly then have back in town from Maryland interviewing replacements for their new hires that they started cutting from the start of training. Be very careful about working for them.
Yes happened to me too. I'm older it seems like the people being let go from training all are.
