I think we're just going to keep the struggling Kenmore brand in an outlet store. Until that sells to the highest bidder.
The no forward plan is a plan with no assets. The vision of a virtual store operated by the cloud with the support of AI. Customer service will be handled by a single bot that can field up to a hundred thousand calls per hour. Members will be given all their legal options to resolve their issues and how much time and energy they will spend on such options. Members can then decide whether to just use their encounter as a learning experience or continue to waste time in hopes of gaining any sort of satisfaction. This vision of eutopian commerce will surely gain support as members continue to shop their way to a new tomorrow.
The new go-forward plan is to change the name of all stores to S.S. Kresge's 5&10 bargain hut and discount toilet paper emporium. There will be 2,000 stores opening in March 2021 and it is going to make more than Target and Macy's combined. So hang in there, this will all rise from the ashes!
