This listing was pointed out on the seekingalpha board where there are endless arguments over Uniti vs Windstream:
https://careers.windstream.com/en-US/job/consultant-network-real-estate/J3N7736N27GMRYH6Z7M
“On 11/13/19 the day after negotiations "break down" WIN posted 4 new state consultant jobs that have the line:”
"This position also acts as the Windstream point of contact for Uniti (REIT) to process and project manage certain crossing agreements, easements, property sales, sub-lease agreements, as well as any and all miscellaneous transactions as they arise."
Is this something new or has Windstream always had these positions ? If they’re new, I wonder how this fits in with the whole Uniti dispute?
There’s a lot riding on the line for everybody with how the Uniti thing plays out in court.
There are the rights and wrongs of how the Aurelius suit should have been decided and now how the Uniti litigation should go. Then there’s the actual reality of how it’ll actually go down. They may not be the same thing.
This is one complicated legal clusterfork— the bankruptcy judge has his hands full.
