Are pay rises at DXC just for the Senior Management ?
Are revenue generating employees who haven't had payrises subsidising Senior Management Pay rises ?

Yes. I guess it depends on the department but no pay raises is a myth. Most people don’t get them but select Management L3,L4 and L5 do get raises each year and so do some of the new grads they want to keep. Again it is department specific and largely based off politics but pay raisies are actually not that uncommon although they do take forever to get approved. I have never received one but know for a fact some of many coworkers have.
No reason to wait for year end. Look at the last reviews and give employee's that showed above average performance and give us a raise now! Moral is at a all time low, management at all levels s—. We can't even get charge codes for projects that have been assigned. It's all bull c-ap
The only people that deserve a pay rise are the residents of Palm Beach. Come and see me there for a beer.
