Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

All this stock trading legal ?.

Is all this insider stock trading and inflating the $ vale of UP stock legal ?
Seems the SEC (securities and exchange comission ) might help if some complaints were turned in to them

The line between corporation and government has become razor thin. Although I’m not sure they’re fascists, the corporations are certainly powerful. The one world fools have often talked about how multinational corporations are a stronger global force than individual national governments. Maybe that’s why the corporations were so into Hilary. JP Morgan loves her and Lance said it would be best for corporations if Hildabeast won. Now watch the one world advocates / leftists censor and delete this post because I called her Hildabeast....

It was outlawed to buy back stock after the Great Depression. Ronald Reagan changed it so they could again.

Going to sell all my stock after the busy season next year. At that time the furloughs will be done and the big wigs will not be able to squeeze out any more money from the company. End of next year the stock will flatten out and everyone will sell. Than they will probably merge with another railroad or bought out.

Anytime an executive buys or sells 5000 shares or the transaction is valued at $50,000 they have to file with the SEC. so yes it is legal

It is public knowledge that UP stock is going to take a nosedive in the next two years. They’re bleeding customers and trucks are stealing business. No amount of thriftiness or PSR can generate revenue. Anytime between now and the crash is a good time to sale. Can’t blame anyone for dumping his stock on the way out.

I am not saying in any way that they care in any way at all about what is legal or not. We are all very sure that is true. Just wondering what illegal stock trading you are talking about.
