Will they ever? Are we stuck with having no job security for good? I'm just geting tired of constantly being stressed out.

Yes, keep resume up to date because one day you will walk into Follett only to be walked out that same day. They will blindside you that is a promise.
I disagree. Job security changed when TC said goodbye and wept on stage. He knew what was to come. That was the shot heard throughout Follett.
November and March (2nd week is prime). Good luck. Layoffs will not end until company ends.
Beatings will continue until morale improves.
Job security left when the then CEO went up on stage and announced that shareholder value was the most important of the Follett Values.
It’s a good idea to keep your resume up to date, March and November of every year is a good time to do so, just in case.
