Has anyone heard about Q3 layoffs? My team has been hit by so many budget cuts that we couldn’t have the resources to achieve our goals. I’m concerned.

CE's and SSR's are mostly contractors now. Cloud/virtual tech has basically k–led that job.
I'm in IBM support and we received an email blast to provide any help we can with helping sales close deals. I've heard no rumors of layoffs, but Support has been badly gutted.
An IBM'er supporting one of my accounts said it took him two weeks to get a CE scheduled to install an MES and try to beat the system freeze.

I know at present there are just way way too many layers of management in GTS to be profitable.
There are managers in prob/change, security teams, acct teams and lets throw in an flm/slm combo.
What the heck is going on here? They are in desperate need of the 2 Bob's to clean up the bloat.
