UP is hiring CN employees. CIO?

Well I'd say CN's strike was important enough that it drew about 3,000 workers into it. Isn't it nice when you aren't hamstringed by a Railway Labor Act which keeps our own unions toothless?

Tomorrow is Nov. 19. Let us know how their strike is going.
As stated many many times before on other posts here per the rail labor act we can only strike in the U.S. when at the table with the class 1 rr's. So don't get your hopes up till Jan 1st 2020 after contracts expire..... and even then unions might not have the balls. Looking at you UTU for being the 1st to cave several times now.... maybe now with skin in the game having conductors at risk you won't be so quick to jump.
The class one unions are all cowards and will let the conductor position be taken away without a fight. Also Epstein didn’t k–l him self.
Is CN allowed to strike in its US terminals? I understand the furloughs are coming due to low freight volumes, but I'm pretty sure that no strike thing that effects UP, NS, and CSX also applies to the CN.
We should also as a show of solidarity with our fellow brothers and sisters
